towards the bathrooms you’ll walk past THE recovery zone with on-screen post session stretches & mobility routines. Yoga mats, light free weights, loadable pump bars and a filtered cold water dispenser available for our members to use pre or post training.

free for temporary use for an hour to secure belongings and valuables during class. pack your own or purchase a padlock from reception.
